2.1 speaker got problem..

im using sonic gear Armaggeddon 5 now
i no open it for 1 week cause outstation
yesterday i come back n open
i found tat left channel was function normally
but right channel sound very low
i check tat not the satellite or cable problem
i think is the socket behind the subwoofer got problem
mayb loose or other problem
who know wat problem actually?
n where can fix it?
or who know how to fix it diy?
i love tis model so much n no money buy the new 1

juz now i try use headphone plug in the socket on the wired remote control
i found tat my headphone also got same problem
left channel function normally but right channel no sound
but if i direct plug in the cpu socket
then no problem at all
izit the wired remote control which connect cpu wit the subwoofer got problem?
not the socket behind the subwoofer?
cause last time it also will suddenly 1 channel no sound
but i go adjust the plug then will ok again = =
if really the wired remote control which connect the cpu wit the woofer got problem?
can buy the wired remote control separately?
