Unifi Connection Drop

Switches issue have been resolved (thank you everyone who help & enlight me) as i manage to get a max speed while using the switch and now new problem :

I recently bought new router Asus RT-AC2600 <--- may click on the link to see the specs.
on 5Ghz mode i get about 200Mbs while on 2.4Ghz still below 100Mbps. On the Router's lan, my connection seem like no issue at all. I tried change the wifi channel to get better connection but seem like no luck. is there anything wrong with my setup ?

I need your help as i couldn't find any solution as the moment. I dont want to jump into conclusion by spending extra money to get new router but the result still the same.

Anyhoo, im subscribing Unifi 800Mpbs. Currently im using stock modem and router (Tp link ac1200) by unifi.
I tested my speed via lan cable and i manage to get a solid speed of 800Mbps..

Since my house already installed cctv, the vendor keep asking me to get a switch in order to view my cctv via their apps.

i bought this switch :

DES-1005A

and run a speed test, the result came out unbelievable as the connection speed sudden drop below 100Mbps. I tried to changed back without using switch and try run speed test, i manage to get back a solid 800 Mbps. Since then i suspect that mayb because of the switch which maybe didnt support a gigabit connection .

hence i bought another switch which is :

DGS-1005A

and still the connection drop to below 100Mpbs. I tried to change all of my cable to Cat5e and Cat6 but the result still the same (if im using switch) i even tried to unplug all of my cable and tried to run one by one but the result still the same.

Am i missing something here ? which i hope that anyone can help me. which switch that i can get ?

my connection setup is modem --> tp link ac1200 router (1st floor) --> switch (5 ports) ---> 1. router (2nd floor) , 2. cctv, 3. PC
