Laptop wont start..

I press the power button everything runs ok then when it came to loading windows i get an bluescreen flashes(so fast,cant see error)then it restarts by itselfs and repeated the same thing,
any idea whats the problem?

Hey guys/gals,want to ask my brother pendrive cant open at his laptop even mine,he say he plug the pendrive in his friends laptop to transfer file,is there anyway to open the pendrive or get all the data back in there?

hmm yesterday morning i did try to reinstall OS which is Vista 32 bit(On the computer tapping F8 then,select repair computer,and i select toshiba recovery wizard,so i select vista 32bit)the whole process run fine but after the process log in windows,then system configuration page popped out loading out drivers,software(default)and restart comp to finish the process and back on to run other system configuration.All seems to work fine but sometimes the loading bar system config it moves but mouse cursor wont move and cant alt+tab,seems like hanging but the loading bar in system config page still moves,so i press shutdown button cause i thought it was hanging then on it back it shows the toshiba page(press f2 for setup,press f12 etc..)after that page the computer screen goes black but theres light,so how ah?wht is the prob?

and aftter that try to reinstall back,i will get an error while trying to reinstall

try to install the os back,had an error doing that so now im having prob which is after i on laptop the screen goes like this

I restore it cause last time had problem with bluescreen,after the restore it happen less but computer hang sometimes need to restart and computer cannot go to log in section(must startup repair)any one can help?

[addedon]March 27, 2010, 4:39 am[/addedon]just now left my laptop unused but power on(using it before i went downstairs),when back at laptop try to move the mouse everything hang pressing caps lock also no light indicate,so i shutdown comp and on it back now having trying to log in,whenever i got log in theres an error saying something about explorer.exe i dint see it clearly and it shut down it self.

now try to open "repair ur computer" after the loading bar finishes the screen stays black which have light and hang there,can u guys help me solve this problem=),frustrating..

ok im having problem to get the CCC(so i can customize colors hue saturation)just now i unninstall all the ati driver gc and all and it turns to normal vga,so i reinstalled the driver i tick all the things in there(ati install manager)after reboot it using my computer gc but theres no Catalyst Control Center for me to customize color,can anyone help me?

ok so today i shutdown my computer(laptop),after got back at home try to open it before it reaches the log in page i got a blue screen.So i shutdown it again and open it then press F8,i select "repair ur computer"then it show a loading bar after that finish loading the screen goes black but theres a light and hangs there,i dont know what the problem it working fine before i shutdown it in the first place.
any1 help me?

my laptop just run perfectly like a hour ago then i go out put in on hibernate.Now i press the power button its only shows the first screen with toshiba logo and press F2 for setup and F12 etc...after that the screen stays black but it has light and it hangs there.How to repair it?
