Check Photo Size

Hi.

Can anyone share with me how to check the photo size whether is in 4r or 5r size ? A photography company suppose to give back me 5r size softcopy. But I tried in my photoshop (I am a novice user) and open the image size it shown to me is only 4inch by 6inch... If anyone know any idea please let me know. I need to confront with the photography company... Thanks
