Where to get lactase supplements?

Does anyone know where I can get lactase supplements like Lactaid in KL? Asked Watsons, Guardian and bunch of other pharmacies but nobody seems to know what I'm talking about. Most think I want to cure constipation instead and offer me something totally different.

Hope you guys can help! Thanks in advance.

Give me some tips on LAN cabling

Hello network sifoos,

I just bought a new apartment and I want to wire my own cables to every room so I can stream my HD movies to anywhere in the house.

I've been reading up on the internet about it but most of the information is US-centric. I'm sure some of you guys here have done this – if not for yourself, then perhaps for other people's houses – so if you have any tips for me, please share!

Also: Where do you guys get your cables, and ethernet jacks and stuff? What sort of equipment do I need to crimp my own cables?

Additional info: I'm not planning on drilling any big holes in the walls and I'll be using Cat5e. Cables will all run from a gigabit switch connected to a wifi outer (and modem) at the phone jack in the centre of the living room. I want to keep things as neat as possible so my wife won't feel embarrassed every time guests come over.

Any help appreciated!

Wii Shopping Channel connection problem

So I've been trying to connect to the Wii Shopping Channel over the weekend and I keep getting error code 209600, which means it timed out. This never happened before. Just wondering if this is happening to you guys as well?

I'm wondering if this is a Streamyx related problem since I'm having problems connecting to PSN on my PS3 from around the same time as well. The guys over in the PS3 forum seem to be blaming Streamyx rather than PSN.

This sucks cos I just got a Classic Controller Pro with Monster Hunter Tri and I really wanna buy Super Mario World to test out my spiffing new controller!
