Looking at all the Grade A office spaces sprouting out around the prestigious KLCC area, what are the features that you are looking for if you want to lease a space there? What are the most important factors that will influence your decision?

Is it the location? (proximity to KLCC itself?)

Does the Grade A status influence your choice? (what about Green status or MSC status?)

The architecture or interior design of the building?

The price?

Existing tenants of the building?

Public transportation?

Parking space availability?

Need opinion on desktop purchase

Hi

Just want to ask you guys opinion on a desktop purchase.

Was checking out some promotion at IT centre yesterday. And this one interests me:

HP Pavilion p6145d

RM 2388

-core2duo 3MB L2 cache, 2.80 GHz
-windows vista home premium
-System Memory 2048MB
-HDD 320GB
-DVD superMulti Drive
-NVIDIA GeForce G210 3D 512MB Graphic Card
-20" LCD HP monitor

Do you guys think it's value for money?
Is it worth to get a clone one? How much money saved if minus the brand and On site warranty.
Is there any other recommendation based on the specs above? (actually my budget is around RM2000 only, the one above a bit lari budget already )

Hope to get some advice from all the tech savvy members here on which laptop to buy for around RM2500.
Preferable, core2duo, wifi, dvdwriter, bigger screen, reliability!
