Anyone has any idea on how to trace a person's handphone number with his Full name and i/c number? I neeed hellllllppppppppppppppppp.................

Hi all,

I would like to seek everyone's help. Especially those who are good in company law or Malaysia's laws.

My brother set up a sound system company in both Singapore and Malaysia with another partner. To cut the story short, the partner has run away with the company money and the company's equipments worth S$50k. We have made the police report in both Singapore and Malaysia. We believe he is in Malaysia. My questions are as followed:-

1) How to locate that idiot? We have tried asking private investigator but too expensive. They charge RM10K. Look for the help of the gangster? We dont have contacts of any gangster. Whatever it is, We can't just let the idiot be and without any legal action towards him. This is unfair. WE NEED TO LOCATE HIM AND SEND HIM TO HELL.

2) My brother has called the bank in Malaysia to freeze the company a/c so that the idiot unable to take the money. But the bank need a lawyer letter to take out the idiot's name from the company then only able to unfreeze the account. Is that so? Anyone has such encounter before? Is there any other way? We need to pay RM8K just to get the legal letter. The a/c is left with RM10K and now we need to pay lawyer RM8K to get the RM10K. Which means we are only left RM2K? Which i think it is nonsence.

Would appreciate any good LYN citizen to advise me as soon as possible. We are very desperate and we really want to send that idiot to jail.
