better buy car before SST with attractive promo?

Hi All lowyat member,

Am have a doubt here.
Own a 7yo car. Wife and I go to work together (working area is near to each other). Currently am work on Project site till mid of next year, will back to own office after that. It may not that convenient with public transport to own office.

There are having car promotion now. And uncertain car price after SST implement on Sept 18.

Is better to buy a new car before SST or when need it in mid of next year?

(If buy before SST, with attractive discount,
but may be use it on weekend or random use, car depreciation for this period since not use it frequently.
If buy mid of next year, may be no attractive discount or car price and will use it daily to work.
But car depreciation start on next year.)

-within rm600-850+-.
-long battery life
-nice camera (>=12mp)
-screen size >=4.5"
-no heat issue
- a worth phone with the price range.
- prefer single sim (only using 1sim)
-nice screen Color.

Renovation - contractor stop progress

Hi All,

I need your advice, my minor renovation contractor do work half way then gone.
It took 4months since August2014
Already stop work on mid of nov 2014.
What should I do, So that can move in as soon as possible.

I did call & text him, but he not pick up & reply.
Door key is with him, I only got 1 set.
Deposit rm800.

Outstanding item:
1. Table top do half
2. Table top cabinet
2. House cleaning (very dusty & dirty now)
3. Bathroom basin

Completed item:
1. Painting
