lately my streamyx faces frequent dc , line attenuation status are normal at 1st , but after a few min or sometimes hours ~.~

and after awhile, it turns like this

crc error are insane , should i throw my modem for a new 1 , or wiring a new telephone line for my house OR both of erm ?

p/s : - already call 100 and they send technician to change port but the problem still occurred .
