If you guys are buying residential properties.. meaning buying a house la, condo la, apartment la whatever that is used for human habitation directly from a developer, please remember that there is a HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (CONTROL & LICENSING) ACT 1966 ("HDA") remission or what you call a discount off the legal fees which you are LEGALLY entitled to!!!

Please don't let them tell you that they are not supposed to give discounts because under the HDA they are SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU REMISSION UP TO 35% off your bill under the LAW!!!

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!!!

Need Rescuers

Dear all,

There are two female dogs who gave birth to about 12 puppies in total at Menjalara, Kepong (KL) just yesterday. The ppl who work here have erected a temporary shelter for them but I still see strangers trying to kidnap (or worse) the puppies.

The pups are too young to be separated from their mothers and so would anyone be able to rescue them before some crazy fellas try to kill or eat them? Some form of restrain must be applied when removing the mothers to any sanctuary or foster home before you can touch the puppies, the 2 mothers are really protective and have actually bitten some curious bystanders. This makes the situation worse as I'm worried the DBKL might come and exterminate them.

Should anyone be interested to rescue them, please call or text me at my mobile 016-226 3254. No adopters of puppies only at this moment. Puppies and mother must not be separated yet.

Hi all,

I have a 10 yr old Kancil which requires an air-cond system replacement (now it only blows nothing but hot air and no its not the air cond gas problem).
I also have a big dent on the side which requires some knocking and an entire paint job.. Anyone knows any good repair shops in Penang to solve my problems?

I would also need to tint the car after its all done up. Please advise. Thanks!
