hi guy, just wanna ask some opinion and suggestion from u guy. im working in my relative company for more then 10

yr, although my relative can giv me very good salary but im actually tired for that . actually my dream is to

operate my own business instead of working for ppl. but im lacking of experience and fear of losing money etc...

this is why untill now still no movement. recently im thinking of open a japanese restaurant or a dimsum shop.

1. what is the requirement to operate those shop?

2. do i need to hire a sushi chef or a dimsum sifu?

3. possible to get a loan from the bank?

im very new just wanna some experience, opinion and suggestion form u guy. who willing to share with me?

everyone, juz a few question i need to ask u guy... currently i work in my uncle law firm. and i wish to studies law at

the same time, because law very interesting. unfortunately i dint pass my spm quite a sad case to me T.T . do i really

need spm to studiesat my age?? actually i work for my uncle since i was 18++ and now i m 29. so rumours saying

around if u r a mature student so u can escape spm and dunno sit in what kind of exam in the college is this true...

any advised? bcoz i really need advised from u guy... if i really need to retake my spm or O LEVEL any school accept

today i juz view a unit of property in mont kiara bayu, the agent told me this is very worth buy unit wif fully furnish, clean and very nice environment 500k for 1084psf, worth?? This is a nice condo i like it but scare got cheater by the agent... so pls advised n any other suggestion.... pls help thx alot!!!!!!
