need help, gst on sub sale condo

Need help, my bos is selling off a residential condo under his name in dec, buyer loan all ok d n last minute, he told my co lawyer to put a term in snp to ask the buyer bears the gst 6%, if not he wont sign snp. The buyer refused, n my bos treaten to forfeit the 2% deposit paid to agent n cancel the deal. Is this right or wrong?? I am the middle man. I tot gst only starts april 1st??

hi, i want to ask, my cd player (original set comes with the car) for my toyota vios always display "ERROR 1" msg whenever i put cd in, i tried all cds, it is the same, previously the cd player are ok to play all these cds...my radio works fine..

any suggestion?

Changing downlight...To led type...

Being tired of keep replacing bulbs on n off....trying to change from bulbs type to led type...

Currently using 6 inches downlight with 2 bulbs YEtPlus brand...

Planning to change to LED type, no bulbs..

As i wouldnt possible change the slots on my plaster ceiling, is it possible to just take out the old n replace with led type of same 6 inches in size....

So i bought this subsale property that still under master title, freehold. Spa signed under lawyer A, loan approved under pbb using lawyer firm B. Lawyer A very efficient as the lawyer himself is following up my case, however lawyer Firm B is in charge by a marketing staff rather than a lawyer n she refused to liaise with A for watever reason.
