Details of the complaint :

Chessmaniac approached me on my other account : mandyxt : regarding paypal funds which he is selling at very low rate. Claiming that he has an online business and he will have funds weekly. I asked if he could provide me with long term funds at the rate he offered me. He said yes, for sure. I have been dealing with him since august and things went alright although he is seriously slow at transacting at times. But I crossed my finger and he did transfer the funds once I have banked in the money. Although the amounts arent big neither are they small, I was pretty confident that I found myself a trustworthy long term paypal seller. I then contacted him thru MSN (feihung99@live.com ) and got his contact number so that its easier for me to reach him whenever I need paypal funds ( 0129806822 ).

From then, I did not deal with him thru LOWYAT and I personally sms him and call him at times when I need funds. All HELL broke loose when I need paypal funds this week and he offered me 70 USD. I agreed and paid on the spot, he's always requesting if I could bank into his CIMB rather than to his MAYBANK. I somehow thought less and I was fine with it so the deal went on, I banked in and waited for his reply. Suddenly he told me he's not able to check his maybank acc as he is in the process of waiting for his replacement card, I was like WTH I sent you an email check from there la. So well, no fishy smell yet until he asked me to get another 30 USD and bank in to him thru CIMBCLICKS. I spoke to him, he sounded ok so I moved on banked in and settle. He promised to get the funds to me by the next day. Another reason he told me on the next day was that his paypal account has reached its limit and he was only able to send to me 9 USD .. Oh well ok I'll take it first, he said to wait for another day or two for his funds to be cleared from his US bank account into his paypal and heck I trusted him again.

It took him another day to process, and I was kinda worried then but he offered to return back my money if I were afraid. The next morning he really did refunded back my money. My doubts on him was cleared once again and so I asked him to inform me once his paypal funds are in. ON THE DAY WHICH IS THE 2nd OCT, I was out with my friend at bangsar where he called me and asked if I could deal with him before 5. I said okay I'll do my best hoping that he could faster send me funds. I was soooooo freakin nice till I went to MCD used their wifi and sent him money thru my phone !!.. Walaaa... darn him he said he will transfer to me by 7.30... Waited and waited and waited till midnight, he claimed that he's at his friends wedding and will be late.....I was so frustrated at the moment clock ticks 1 ... I smsed him and he did not reply me. Now the fishy smell got stronger and I was so troubled till this morning I realized perhaps I've been DUPED! ... and to a bloody old man if I am not wrong...

I will post up the sms conversation I had with him from the beginning and some of his details I've extracted from the gamer forum he scammed in as well as from fella LYN who disputed him before.. And I was stupid not be aware of that.

* About the name, I wasnt sure what was his exact name as his MSN name was SAM and the other time he was JACK...
