Phase I: Removing the original HAF X top grill and perform a cutting for better 3 x 120 mm ventilation.

Have a cut out on the top panel, removing the mesh panel and have a clear 3 x 120mm ventilation.

Project: Stacker Revamp

Objective:
Reuse my Cooler Master Stacker STC-T01 casing which sitting in my store room in quite a while.

Scope:
Repaint the casing internals to black colour.
Cut the top panel of the casing to fit 3x120mm radiator.
Repaint the external to Gold + Black theme. ( Not yet final decision )
Mod the case to become more water cooling friendly case.

The Cooler Master Stacker STC-T01 is the first Stacker series casing made by CM, its a full tower ATX/Inverted ATX/BTX casings support 2 PSU and has a huge space inside. Its one of the best casing in all time which has lot of features. The chasis's huge amount of space inside and flexibility of setup made it favourite among liquid cooled users. I've been using it for 3 years and its time for it to have a new look.

Old setups (Random pic):

Phase 1: Repaint the motherboard tray.
Take down everything, take out the PSU cage for painting and cutting jobs.

Sanding and preparing surfaces for spray painting. From Pics, main reason of being repaint, the Steel of the case start to rust already, rust were sanded of before repaint.

Sorry as no pics after sanding was took.

The paint job, and the spray painting station that setup by me.

Pictures show the final paint job and product. Quite statisfied with the work, but regret not repainting the bracket for the tray as some of the original black paint already chipped off.

Next Phase: Cut the Top Panel to fit 3x120mm Radiator.

ok, i wanna ask if anyone here get their blitz formula board running stable with 4gb of ram + 3870 single card or crossfire mode, i cant get mine stable with 4gb of ram + 3870 card... if anyone get this setup run smoothly, let me knw, wanna knw what problem is causing my system failed to do so...

ok, here is the story, just to share it out... hope anybody with same spec as me can give me the awnser.
my setup with hd3850, hd3870 cannot boot into vista and hang in 3d applications in xp when running 4gb of ram using blitz formula mobo, the system run rock stable when i using 2gb ram.
i can use other old radeon card such as x300 without a problem on my system, no matter with 4gb or 2gb ram.
i can use 8800gt which currently rma'ing due to 1st batch of zotac 8800gt amp edition ram chip issue, i was able to use it and its rock stable.
i suspect my problem is i am using crossfire able pci-e 2.0 card on my system which the crosslink feature on my board dont like the setup, PCI-E 2.0 radeon crossfire able card with 4gb of ram... any idea?

need help to get 1440*900 resoution at vista

i currently using windows vista business edition 32-bit, and using dell 22" LCD monitor and x1950xt graphics card, 1 thing weird is not like xp, it doesnt have 1440*900 resolution for desktop, so i currently using 1680x1050, but i do play games sometimes, so i would like to use 1440*900 resolution but i cant enable it in vista. before tht i use to play games at 1440*900 resolution, anyone here know how to enable it?

may i know lower ram timings will shorten memory lifespan??? how much compared to overclocking the memory frequency, i lower my ram timings to 2-3-2-5 without changing the vdimm... how much it will affect???
