Need Help To Remove I-Worm/VB.GK

I need help to permanently remove this worm. Name of the virus is I-Worm/VB.GK. Tried seacrhing for the solution on google but cant resolve this matter. I'm currently using AVG anti virus software. It can detect the worm, then i remove the worm but moments later, the problem persists. AVG doesnt auto-block the worm from coming in.

Please help me, i need to remove this worm, its very irritating.
