What will you do if the tenant refuse to pay TNB while enjoying electricity monthly without paying it? Bill name is under the owner name. Tenant staying inside already owed over beyond two months deposit of agreement stated amount. In d end, owner have to bare the outstanding amount? Can it be forfeited if make police report when theor contract ended nx year?

YES LTE APN settings to make VoLTE calls

Anyone knows how does OTA set/enabled in YES server and client phone so that high end phone like Sony Xperia Z5 can make calls?

Example maybe set their APN with proxy kind of things? Currently my Z5 could only use LTE data instead of making calls.

I check their website my phone is not support VoLTE. Yes 4G LTE SIM Compatibility https://www.yes.my/faq/devices

Is that a way?

If i were to buy their device YES ALTITUDE, considering I have a YES prepaid SIM number, can I use this sim to make VoLTE call to other telco with 9sen/min only? That's cheap. Is their coverage good as I heard they claimed themselves 85% covered.

Is making VoLTE really crystal clear as they mentioned in their product? Can anyone share the experience? Many thanks.

guys,

Did you ever encounter such weird problem? I bought a APACER OTG or I have tested from my SONY XPERIA Z5 whatever non-branded cheap Micro USB Male To Female adapter and plug in to the Sony Gold Wireless Headset dongle/adapter. The sound is kinda weird as I could only hear Left Hand Side sound but not both!

I have tried to reset my headset once plugged in APACER OTG by reset the dongle while holding down both VSS and Mute button on my headset and switch on my headset but it just end up the same!

Dear all sifu,

Kindly have your advise whether to choose to own staying for The Henge @Kepong Metropolitan or choose the surrounding like kampung old area in RUMAWIP (named Hijauan Lumayan @Taman Naga Mas)?

I am now in the middle of choosing this two projects where:

The Henge @Kepong Metropolitan
Advantages:
-Easy & convenient, next to Metropolitan Park, after tag the door access, can jogging around the park.
-Nearby/next to Fortune Avenue, Fortune Perdana.
-MRT is about 700-850meter which opposite the Aeon Jusco (nearby to pedestrian walk bridge)
-A lot banks (HSBC, HLB, Public Bank, RHB as what I saw)
-Behind Aeon Big
-MRR2 suggested road to this condo road & suggested Kepong "Dai Kong" road.
-Price 450k (10% downpayment & rebate 10k upon completed CF)
-Monthly installment about RM1900++ (maintenance fee 0.25) Monthly installment total about RM2300.

Disadvantages:
-Opposite blocked by KepongMas block.(No view...hopefully for sunlight coming into the house @ 11am-12pm)
-High density as 4 blocks each blocks 44 floors(1 floor 10 units) so total 1760++ units.
-Leasthold 99years
-4years construction which targeted completed in OCT2019(anything can be happened in 4 yrs time)
