My windows settings changed

Hey guys
last time my windows settings was when i press shut down, it will come up with 3 options for buttons restart shut down or log off,

now after i installed a netgear usb wireless, it came up with this when i try to shut down or when i start up my computer, it wont go to windows unless i press enter

edit- some help would be appreciated

Car battery flat

my bros car's batt just went flat, 2 years old already so time for a change.. even the mechanic says its going flat...but he still wanted to continue using the car, he turned on the radio without turning the engine on.. so what happened?? batt went flat.. had to push start.. damn malu.. ok dats not the point.. my dad ask me to take the batt out.. just wondering if theres a specific way to take out the battery?? positive 1st or -ve 1st.. or anyone will do?

LAN keeps dc and connect

last night i wanted to give my modem a rest so i turned it off.. so in the morning i turned it on.. and then my LAN keeps saying.. connected then after 2 seconds dc then 2 seconds after connected again.. but i can surf the net ok.. whats this problem can i fix it?

hey guys ive got a radeon 9550 xt with windows xp sp2... i used for few months already with no problem.. and suddenly one morning when i on the comp.. it had these wierd lines.. itsj ust not the lines.. when i open silkroad online or wc3... it hangs.. im pretty sure its my gfx problem.. i dono what to do.. ive rma once already.. and its out of warranty now

Hey just thinking of opening up a tread to help people take care of their guitar eg. how to maintain strings and keep it from being rusty fast or apply some lotion on the guitar to keep it shiny post some things guys.. one of the items i use is Fast Fret to prevent it from rusting fast
