Iphone 32GB update problem!

Hi guys,

i have a problem. My Iphone 3gs 32gb cant connect to network. the problem is, previously when it was ios 4.1.1 i had whatsapp problem, facebook as well. it keep on auto-exciting and it keep on rebooting on its own. so i decided to update the phone to ios 6. the update went successfully but after that, i could not activate my phone. i tried with wifi and i tried with itunes and what i get is the picture below.

Can anyone or any expert would be kind to help me?

Hi guys, i need some help!!

i lost my wallet, inside my IC and License lost.. i am a current P license la..

how much do i need to pay to re-make my license? i know i need some form..jpj something, passport size photo and police report..all got edi but i dunno how much.. some say rm20, some say rm100 some say rm 40.. i blur..

HELP!!!
