Management Denying Contractors To Repair

Hi, I am asking for advice if anybody has experienced this before?

Currently, I have a wiring problem for internet. My internet provider has already stated that it is not within their service terms to cover anything past a certain point of their infrastructure.
I was recommended to call my own contractor to carry out the repairs since the internet provider does not provide repair services.

I had called one contractor before and it had to be cancelled due to my Management saying that I am not allowed to call them to carry out the repairs.
I've found other contractors but all of them are asking for a letter from the management so they are allowed to carry out the repairs.

Currently, they are refusing to write a letter of authorization for any contractors to come and make the repairs and I have poor internet service quality for almost a month.
The management has not given any recommendation on which contractor is allowed/to contact and kept insisting that the internet providers who should do the repairs.
