Rims and absorber

hi...i own saga flx
the mileage is about 16k
i change my rim from standard 13 inch rim to 15 inch rim
after i change about 3 month, i started to feel like the suspension become harder
before this, when i drive on the road, it less shocking in the car
but now at the same road, it feels like to much shock
when hitting a small bumper, it sound like 'bammm' !
i'm not sure is my suspension already worn out or because i change to 15 inch rim
i did check at the suspension and did not found any oil leaking on the absorber
hmmm...

hi all
i just bought new nokia 5800xm from reseller zitron set
but the phone got prob
when play video or capture some pix, suddenly it become blank
then i took my phone to nokia center to fix it
they said to me the phone need to send to kl (me at penang)
minimum 2 weeks to fix the phone
but now already 3 weeks and when i call them,they said they still fixing
how long does it take when claim zitron warranty?
i'm very mad cause i got the damage phone!!
can i sue them?

File encryptor

hi all...
i have a problem with my file...

i have encrypt the file - not using any software,juz set a the property
to protect from other user viewing it...
then oneday my pc has infected by virus that make my pc cant start automaticly...
even i cant start in safemode...
so i format my pc...
but i only format 'C' drive...-the file is in 'D' drive
after i format then re-install windows,i want to view the file that i've encrypt before...
but i cant open it,even want to change or remove the encryption also cannot...
what i suppose to do? is there any software will decrypt those file without cert?
pls help me...

~i dont want to delete those file,its very important~

p/s:4 ur info,those file are mp3,vid,pic,document and program!
