WD Elements Portable HD couldn't detect for any PC

As per tittle, WD Elements Portable HD couldn't detect for any PC... It's spinning, but the power seen like not enough power... running but couldn't detected in any pc and not even can see it on the disk management.

Is anyone got any idea on this? Or face the same problem as me? Please help.

Got many client complaint to me that his email is bounce back if he want to send to my email server every time and he received an email from my system administrator said that the following recipent could not be reached because of the email address could not be found in the email server, anyone know the possible reason happen on this case? I'm sure that the email address he type is correct, because he print screen the bouce back email and fax to me. Thanks every expert here that can help me solve problem, thanks!

Flash cant run at all?!

i install flash mx, but it will automatically close the software when i use it no more than 2 minutes... wat problem for my flash? after that,i uninstall flash mx, and install again flash 5...but the problem still appear...
