Need input from HR sifus here.

Lets start with basic info. My company practices working on alternate half day Saturdays. Staffs are divided to two groups and take turn working half day on Saturdays.

We observe the Nuzul Al Quran public holiday. Since Raya is also in the same month, my company announced earlier this year that Nuzul Al Quran (4th July) will be replaced on the 16th.
In return, Saturday is deemed as a normal working Saturday - the affected group will work half day as usual.

Today, the HR sent an email saying all staff have to work on 4th July - FULL DAY.

Is this allowed?

Had been lurking in this forum for a while... and I'd like to get some advise...

You see, I'm in my early twenties, just graduated, and currently working in an MNC. I met this guy in my company (different department) and we clicked quite well..

4 months later, I'm transferred to the HQ, but we still continued sms-ing and meeting up occasionally. He showed his interest in me, and I do like him.

The problem is, he's 13 years older than me, and I can feel the generation/age gap between us. I have a feeling that we're both holding back due to this one reason.

So.. if you're a guy - will you go out with a girl 13 younger than you?

If you're a girl, will you go out with a guy 13 years older than you?

Please advise!
