Job scope:
- Reports to Barista Leader/ Outlet Manager
- Provide and ensure excellent service and experience to our customers
- Daily duties include assist in front service and kitchen, simple food preparation, cashier, replenishing supplies and condiments, maintaining inventory and taking & distributing food orders.
- Any other job assigned by superior from time to time.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times.

*BARISTA*
Job scope:
- Reports to Barista Leader/ Outlet Manager
- Provide and ensure excellent service and experience to our customers
- Portray and ensure best standard of dessert and beverage quality.
- Daily duties include brewing fresh quality coffee and other beverages, simple food preparation, replenishing supplies and condiments, maintaining inventory and taking & distributing food orders.
- Any other job assigned by superior from time to time.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times.

Remuneration:

*KITCHEN HELPER*
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Training provided
Salary: RM1,300.00 to RM1,500.00 /month

*BARISTA*
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Training provided
Salary: RM1,800.00 to RM2,000.00 /month

Requirements:

- Age : 18 years old and above
- Education level : SPM and above
- Experience : With / Without Experience

Company lose tender process but tak mengaku kalah

To make the story short and simple.

1. Big company open tender
2. This losing company never invited to join tender or never attend compulsory meeting to join in tender
3. When the tender process almost done, suddenly this losing company get to join in tender process
4. Big company assessment results is this company submitted a price higher than others, and unable to meet the tender requirement
5. Big company going to award to the best and suitable company
6. This losing company tak puas hati, complain say tender process unfair
7. Big company cancel off tender and pass to other people to proceed with the project tendering process
8. Other people decide to also give to the most suitable company
9. This losing company bo syok, make news, use political power to pressure decision maker, use hippopotamus name, say must get this project..
10. Conclusion, project re-tender. Make everyone no syok now. Deadline closer.

Why a tender process can be so unfair? just bcoz got connection and 'yellow' letter to support him.. but many people already no syok with this losing company bcoz make everyone's work harder and wasting time. Very selfish bcoz all this affect the end user as well.
