Cost of reselling a property

Hi Guys,
I'm kind of new in buying and selling a property. Perhaps some advice will be appreciated.
Assuming below

Price of the bought property = RM500k
Bank Loan = RM450K
Monthly Payment = RM2k (plus minus)
Been servicing the loan for about 3 years or 36 months

If I sold the property RM550K how much could I take back?

Hi,
I think most ppls would have heard this issue which normally faced by Honda City when come to 10 years of service where gear shifting will cause the car to jerk. ANy good recommendation on the workshop in Penang to repair the gear box instead of changing the whole gear box which will cause a fortune.

How to trace my fix deposit?

Any advise will be appreciated on this situation.
My mother created a fix deposit for me 20 years ago under my name & IC. Somehow this deposit we have lost track of it as time fly 20 years. I can't find the fix deposit receipt with me & the bank branch that I went to for the fix deposit already close down due to acquisition by some other bank. I approached the nearby bank branch that acquired the following bank with no luck unable to trace my IC and details. Where and how should I do to trace back my fix deposit? I'm living in Penang.

Hi,
Plan to get a new bicycle China brand is good enough for me. Anyone had any idea which brand is more reliable and famous? Both at 27 speed , same tires size & same shimano gear and the only different is Trinx provided Airfoks as compare to XDS normal lockable fork. Weight wise not much different.

I was thinking is it good idea to make more than 10% downpayment for a property which is contruction in progress and under DIBS scheme? Or should I wait until VP and refinance after 3 years to do it so my monthly will be lower.?

If in a situation where a buyer had signed the S&P for a new property with DIBS scheme & the few year down the road developer fail to complete the project or in other word for eg developer goes bankcrupt? What will happen to the buyer or as a consumer?

Hey guys,
Appreciate some feedback as I am quite a newbie in purchasing a new property. In SG and HK goment already banned the DIBS due to the negativity of the price increase. I heard that in Malaysia they are considering it. My questions is
i)what is the impact to my property which I purchased and signed the S&P under DIBS scheme if the ban does enforce in Malaysia?
ii)Do I have a choice as a buyer to choose a DIBS and non DIBS scheme? It seems most developer are pushing the DIBS to attract sales? I guess developer have a choice not to sell to me.

Absent of SATA power cable for DVD-RW

Hi Guys,
I have a PC which about 3 years old and recently I just bought a new DVD-RW which is SATA interface. I just realized there is only one SATA power cable from my PC power supply which already been utilized by my SATA disk. I saw there is a few conventional power cable from my power supply still left around but won't fit the sata power cable for my new dvd-rw.Any advise? Some sort converter available in the market?

I am a bit newbie in term of buying a properties. I am not sure within what range of properties price should I be looking at.
I know when it comes to housing loan it involved a complex calculation then car loan.
Area-Penang island
Details-I am looking at a monthly payment of RM1200.00
Downpayment-60K

Can I be looking at a RM200k-400K or RM400k-600K or RM600K-RM800 properties?
