It has been a long time since I've fallen in love with a girl.

Suddenly, there was this girl who joined in as an intern at work.

She caught my attention (puppy love at first sight). I was getting some sort of love sick over the past week, I kept on thinking about her.

I knew that she had a boyfriend in the same workplace but I still insisted to introduce myself.

I bought some cookies and approached her this morning. I gave it to her and introduced myself. I was super nervous and she seemed annoyed. Her boyfriend came and she deviated our conversation. Lol.

I decided to give up. Any ideas on how to stop thinking about this girl? I would say she is a very soft girl which attracts me. But it has been affecting my work and other activities.

I already registered for it, but till now, there's no news. And the KAD1SM website for "Semak Status Permohonan KADS1M" does not work.

Laptops Price Hike

Nowadays, the prices of laptops are killing...not like the good old days, when you could get a "GTX860M" laptop for RM3100 and a "GTX960M" laptop for around rm3600 or less.

For a GT940M laptop, I remember less than RM2500 can get one already last time...

if you say GST and our currency rate problem, the other day i bought my Oneplus smartphone, I was only charged RM70 extra...

anyone knows if the prices of laptops will go down?

The speed RPM of the fan is higher for the more expensive model? Better cooling?

We're not talking about luck here. I know I know. When you are unlucky, you get a lemon unit. When you are lucky, your laptop becomes super reliable for 10 years and above.

But the problem now is that.... my own Lenovo laptop and my friends' Lenovo laptops are all becoming faulty after 1 year. Some of the laptops could not even last up to 6 months.

Problem that I encounter is in such a way that the laptop overheats, and occasionally shuts down. It gets severe this week, in which the laptop shuts down after 5 minutes of usage, and the laptop is super hot. I already sent to computer shops to reapply thermal paste and do a thorough cleaning, but still the problem occurs. Same goes to my friends' Lenovo laptops, they get BSOD while gaming. Temperature often goes above 95 degree no matter how we clean the inside of the laptop.

I suggest you to avoid Lenovo brand. And ofcourse, based on my personal experience, the most reliable laptop brand goes to ACER. I owned around 3 Acer laptops previously but I sold all 3 of them cause they couldn't meet my gaming needs after few years, now I regret it ofcourse. Those 3 Acer laptops have got no problems so far, I sold them off just because the graphics cards are weak for newer generation games.

Again, please avoid Lenovo.

Need the most reliable cheap Laptop for study

Hi, I make a quick decision to get myself a very cheap and yet reliable laptop for study purpose, wanna do my assignment with it.

Just now, I used my desktop to do an important report and somehow, it crashes the whole report and corrupts it. It happens a few times already this semester!

Any recommendation? Budget around rm1500 and prefer i5, no gaming please...

How to achieve 40 degree when gaming?

Hi. I got two problems here.

First, I see some people manage to play GTA 5 at maximum settings at 40 degree celsius all the way. My idle temperature already 35 lol. What is the trick to get 40 degree? Water Cooling?

Secondly, lately, I realise that my front casing fan is making lots of sound especially after using the computer for whole day. Only the front big Cooler Master fan is making sound. I already take it out and clean all the dust away, including applying new grease to the bearing part of the fan. What else can I do?

Hey all. Happy Chinese New Year to all!

Anyway, there's one problem that I'm facing, I search YouTube, there are plenty of people having the same trouble as me, including those with MSI, Evga, Leadtek and even Asus Strix. I'm using Zotac.

I used Fraps to monitor. When playing games at super high frame rate per second, like when starting Far Cry 4 with UBISOFT logo, I get around 1500 fps and the noise from the GPU and PSU quite loud. Whereas when I'm in game, the noise is normal, not loud at all. Other games like Battlefield 4, COD Advanced Warfare, Battlefield Hard line Beta, I don't face this problem

Using Vaccum Cleaner to clean PC

Is this safe? I know there's something called the Air Compressor which is a better alternative, but its hard to obtain in my area

Defective Graphic Card (New Unit) causes BSOD

Hello, I need help here.

Just now, I was supposed to collect my PC together with my GTX 760, a new unit.

But the seller told me that the new GTX760 (only one unit) is defective, when they install inside, my whole computer keeps restarting and going to my motherboard screen.

Then, they take out the GTX760 and sent back to supplier....BSOD problem still occur and at last, they manage to solve the problem and my Windows can be started

does anyone experience this before??

Help me choose my RM1300 options...

I have rm1300 now...

I can either buy Zotac GTX 970.

OR

I can buy Asus GTX 760 and another AOC Full HD monitor.

Which one I should choose? Considering that I'm now using a very old monitor with 1366x768 resolution only.

Should I build new? Or should I just upgrade?

I'm not an owner of Xiaomi Mi3 smartphone. But looking at the replies from the previous thread, it seems that most of us support the ideas for new TS, instead of Suntzulee. Honestly, I'm following up the thread to look at reviews of the phone, wanted to consider whether I should buy or not, however, Suntzulee's warning posts somehow get pretty annoying...I know it is to refrain the Mi3 thread from being moved to Serious Kopitiam, but we know our limits too. If other threads like Sony Xperia Z2, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, HTC threads can discuss about everything related to phones, examples like recommendations of places to buy accessories, methods to get the phones, phone reviews, photos, problem solvings..I dont see why our Mi3 thread cant do all of those...we just try and control our posts only, to avoid lots of reports from other forumers.

And please, someone feel free to take over this thread. I will close it instantly. I'm not trying to be a TS here, just that i dont think Suntzulee deserves to be a TS for Mi3 official thread.
