Applying loan for two different houses

Hi, i am first time house buyer. Right now im interested with two different houses, one is more expensive about 100k but near to city centre. So i put booking fee for both houses and submit loan for both. Eventually i will only pick one, haven’t decided which one.

Will this affect my loan approval because i’m submitting for both houses? I dont want to wait because HOC is ending june. Hence why submit both. Should i withdraw either one to increase my chances? I can only afford one house as of now.

Kadar tarif air mungkin akan dinaikkan secara berperingkat tahun ini selaras dengan usaha kerajaan untuk menstruktur semula industri perkhidmatan bekalan air di negara ini.

Menteri Air, Tanah dan Sumber Asli Dr A Xavier Jayakumar berkata kenaikan tarif sumber asli tersebut perlu dilaksanakan bagi menjaga kepentingan pengguna untuk mendapatkan air berkualiti serta menjamin industri tersebut dari sudut perkhidmatan.

"Bagaimanapun, saya boleh katakan bahawa kenaikan ini tidak akan membebankan rakyat dan kami akan berunding dengan semua (kerajaan) negeri," katanya semasa menjadi tetamu jemputan bagi program Ruang Bicara terbitan Bernama News Channel, di Kuala Lumpur, malam tadi.

Beliau berkata kementeriannya bersama Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) sedang berunding dengan beberapa kerajaan negeri untuk mendapatkan persetujuan semua pihak sebelum dilaksanakan.

"Kita telah mengemukakan business plan kepada mereka (kerajaan negeri). Sekarang kerajaan negeri berbincang antara mereka...ada tanda-tanda menunjukkan bahawa mereka (kerajaan negeri) setuju untuk menaikkan tarif air," katanya.

Kenaikan kadar tarif air masih belum ditetapkan kerana setiap negeri mempunyai kadar tarif yang berbeza, katanya.

recently i bought one lot of land with market value RM56,000. i plan to build a 2000sqft house there with financing from bank. is it possible for me to do so? which bank and how much they allow to finance? i'm looking at below 400k

the land is already under my name with geran, the title already changed to residential, the land has been cleared and has all the paved road.

Hi,

I just installed ID Frostflow 120 and proceed to OC my 6600K. before this been using air cooling. I set to 4.5ghz and run burntest the temperature max is 100C. and then i reduce to 4.0Ghz and getting max 87C.

Is that normal? Now the idle temperature is 40-50C.
