Hi,

Would really like to know how these company gain profit from helping the owners manage their properties.

Is it that part of the rental income from tenants will go to the owner, or the owner get a fix amount every months regardless of the number of tenants in the unit.

I have seen some cases where the properties being managed by the management company not having any tenants for a long period of time. And the company seems like not motivated enough to find new tenants or retain the existing tenant.

Wonder whether it's really a good idea to let them manage it.
