Details of the complaint :

1) I saw his post selling PS3 used games (as the link above). Then i PMed him, make a deal and later bank-in money into his account which is on thursday night (11/8/11). He told me after i confirmed cash transfer to him that he could only post on monday because he got class on friday and saturday.

2) The game arrived on tuesday (16/8/11) with hard non-removable glue on the hard cover like sticker stain and without the game manual in it. Then i sms him:-

Me:-
U sent me the game with the hardcover rosak with dunno what shit sticky stuff and no game manual? And u didnt tell me??

He replied:
The hardcover i just wan to give bro.. If i didnt put also can.. Other edition dun have hardcover at all.. Sorry about the manual but i can refund rm10 for that as i dun want to argue on small matter..

Me:-
I don't wanna argue. Won't say anythin in LYN. I will post the game back to u. And i want my refund. Ok? I post it back tomorrow

He replied:-
No problem if u want to say anything.. But goods sold i can't take back.. Please remember u're the 1 approached me about the game not i offered u.. And i also answered all q accordingly..

Me:-
Ok. Enjoy the RM60 then

3) This guy have damn a lot of good comments and feedbacks for the stuff he sold. But too bad for me la, i kena bad stuff... I dont expect to get any refund, have to treat it as though a sympathy donation made.

4) Purpose of this post is to create awareness that this seller will/may/may not let you know the condition of the item for sale. But make sure you ask him in detail. Other sellers with integrity usually never fails to disclose the condition of the item they sell even without being asked.
