I was very uncomfortable to accept because i don&#39;t know this agency and the deposit is made payable to them... but because my very close fren intro the agent so i sign.<br /><br />Now that the tables really turned, the buyer abort, the agent deny all verbal and now using the black and white to fight against me.<br /><br />I have to pay lawyer fees, put my property off the market, etc... the agent didn&#39;t do anything.. take pic to put on iproperty also i have to take... agent just bring ppl and see the house...<br /><br />So fine, nevermind - earn the rm10k (50% of the earnest deposit) but i will not do any more business with them as the trust is no longer there.<br /><br />but they still put their ad on iproperty and holding my rm10k... now keep delaying to take down the ad and give my share of the earnest deposit...<br /><br />agent being a ***** cause i called up her principal to verify the earnest deposit, and propose if i can take this full earnest deposit as they still have exclusivity to sell my property. upon successful then take the &#39;earned&#39; commission la.<br /><br />so now i kena mmm song... also she facebook update attack me... aduhh.. so childish for rm10k only... this called professional? hahaha<br /><br />so anyone can advice me if there is a specific date they have to pay me the 10k? is there a way i can get iproperty to pull down the ad; it is affecting my property becoz other agent want to sell.. pls help&#33;&#33;&#33;<br /><br />more details here : <a href='http://bit.ly/dmf2Jz' target='_blank'>http://bit.ly/dmf2Jz</a><br /><br />thanks <!--emo&:respect:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/notworthy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='notworthy.gif' /><!--endemo--> sur3wyn Property Talk Thu, 09 Sep 2010 18:18:32 +0800
