This topic about after sales service of DELL malaysia..

Bought a Dell monitor 2years ++ ago and suddenly some lines appear on screen and lucky me it's still 3 months before warranty expired. Call Dell center to complain and surprise surprise my call went through with just a single call and after described the issue to customer service girl (yeah NO passing here and there), she then emel me a report to respond and horray next day which is today my new monitor delivered to my door on 1 to 1 replacement. so convenient and fast.

Good Job Dell !

P/s:
had some pleasant experiences too with Viewsonic and of course Apple Service.

hallo ,

as above i need some help regarding warranty registration for my newly purchased 860 evo SSD. tried to online register my new SSD but samsung cannot find the serial no. (serial no. not valid).

but when running samsung magician software it stated genuine and i can use it with no problem at all..any one ever faces the same issue before?.
i purchased last week with shopee.

hai all,

need advice here and thanks in advance for your kind reply:

the story

a car belongs to my father in law passed to car's agent in purpose to sell it.
no news after few years and he assume the car sold already and the car loan with the bank settle all together...
and suddenly the bank call my father in law to inform the loan has been default and car is on the blacklist.

after that he went to police station and push the car agent to return back the car..long story short he successful getting back the car..

so here the question:

the car is on bank wanted/blacklist
the roadtax already expired almost 4 years
any chance to renew the insurance and roadtax without need to full settle the loan..he plan to continue to serve the loan as previous rate if possible...

here bit curious or i miss something..

im on digi value plan 80 ( or 85 for all day 20GB) and i notice when a out of quota i can purchase additional 7 GB for 7 days for RM 10

here the tricks..digi value plan 50 is 5+5 GB (All day+weekend)

let say im on value 50 and purchase additional rm30 for total RM 80 (50+30=80 to match with value 80) which total i can get (5+7+7+7 = 26 GB plus 5 GB on weekend which can totaling 31 GB) and saving RM5...

ermm.. so what u guys opinion about this should i convert to value 50 from value 80 or i miss something here
