IBM GBS

Has anyone joined as a graduate trainee for IBM GBS, could you please enlighten me on what is the job role?

I applied for the graduate trainee position, and already sat for the aptitude test.
I THINK I've passed the test, cause I'm to go for an interview next week.

Personally I'm looking for a junior IT consultant/analyst position. And was thinking IBM's GBS business unit has those job positions.
Weird thing is, the person whom called me on the phone said the job role is as an Application Developer/Support. So I would like to know in general what would I be doing there?

Allergic to alcohol

i have an allergy towards alcohol. everytime i consume more than a can of beer, or even just a can depends, its enough for me to get a terrible rash all over. Its not that i get drunk or high, just the rashes later on. And these rash of mine usually lasts for 4-7 days.... man, all those sleepless nites.

And these rashes of mine usually occur after several hours later, like 2hours later. The more i drink, the worst it gets.

whats worst, these days teenagers or young adults often don't just drink beer, they prefer having liquor. those 30% 40% alcohol content thingy. at most i can take in is three shots, any more and i'm bound to get rashes all over. Because of this, im being made fun of many times.

is there any way to overcome this? i have an uncle who used to be allergic to alcohol. But till recently, for some reason, he seemed to have overcome this allergy of his. So he's drinking away happily these days. his age is around 50 this year. My father kept telling me to slowly consume bit by bit daily, saying that my body will be able to overcome it. I have my doubts bout it.

does like, things like exercising or drinking more water help in overcoming this allergy of mine?

by the way, do pharmacies sell those cream you could apply to your skin when you get rashes? i really can't stand the itchiness.

alrite, i've got a question here. i just got my xbox360, maybe bout a month ago. and its modded alrite. okay fine.
so here it is that my birthday is coming up, and i've been contemplating whenever or not, to ask my brother to buy the original Star Ocean 4.

but the thing is, what's the benefit of these original games if i already have a modded console? since i can't go online to get all the goodies. so tell me.

the only thing i could think of, is that it could be for collection.

i still remember, when i was form2 that i bought my ps2, for my birthday i got myself an original Final Fantasy X. eventhough i've already gotten the lanun version and have already finished the game. felt proud of myself for owning an original one.

can't reach 1080p hdmi

i've just got a xbox360 with the hdmi cable.
so i tried it on my LCD(sharp aquos).

but i can't seem to be able select the 1080p option(it's grayed out).
Only 720p and 1080i are selectable.

why is that so? help out plss everyone, anyone.

Xbox360 Arcade manufactory date question

ehh, not sure if this is the place to ask.
but please, all those xbox360 experts, help me out.
wanting to get one as soon as possible.

How to tell when was the manufactory date, is in on the box itself? or is it stated on the console?

btw, the later the manufactory date model, the better right? it would be less prone to the RROD issues right?

another question, how come when I asked around, some of the shops the Arcade comes with built-in 256mb memory, whilst some others just come with a separate 256mb memory card(not internal)?

please help.
