PSU and monitor for my rig...

Need advice...

I am planning on building this rig:

AMD Athlon II X3 440
Asrock M3A785GM-LE motherboard
2x2GB DDR3 RAM
Samsung F3 500GB HDD
Sapphire 5770 1GB grahics card
DVDRW drive.
Gigabyte GM6800 mouse.

Please advise if the Gigabyte Power Rock 390 PSU (RM85) is good enough for this rig.
I've tried the PSU calculator and the power needs for this rig is at 280W.
Any other PSU's suitable at that price or a little extra?

Please also recommend good 20" LED monitors at around the RM350 price (+-Rm10).
Which is the best from this lot: LG E2050T, ACER S201HL, Viewsonic VA2038WM or any others.

I've tried googling but haven't found any good results.

Cheap Crossfire MB for new build...

Hi...

I'm going to build a new PC in the next few months based on these:

AMD Athlon X2 5200+
Sapphire 4670 DDR4
Value 4GB DDRII RAM (2GB x 2)

to prepare for Windows 7.

Can anyone suggest a good Crossfire capable motherboard thats decent enough
with moderate overclocking potential? I'm preparing for future expansios too, so AM2+
I guess...

I've come accross the MSI 7388 A780G CF-F for RM295... Also the AsRock 770 Crossfire,
is it available in Malaysia? Price? Any other suggestions? Wouldn't mind ECS, Palit or any
others. Budget would be below RM300 although I can stretch that a little bit.
