GC Fan has stopped working

recently the temp of gc is quite high..

then out of sudden the comp refuses to boot..
after checking all the stuff
it seems that this fan of my GC has stopped working recently...
even cant boot into my OS
anyone knows how to find one of this fan?

The GC is Geforce 7300GS.

Just watched the movie "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past"
i had to say it took me by surprise, this is definitely an under-rated movie~for me
I love how the director and his crews arrange the stories.

Adding Second Hard drive with OS installed

Just asking to clear my doubt.

Basically i have an old rig(named A) with XP installed on an IDE hdd.
Now i've got another rig(named B) with XP installed too but on a SATA hdd.

But now, i would like to move the IDE hdd from A to B
as my second hdd.
So it will then work as my storage disk.
(Too lazy to backup the items in A, wanna transfer it str8 to B)

Will i experience any trouble?
-(will it affect the IDE hdd if i put it back to A?)
-(will it unable to boot?)

What should i do to make it work? (w/o formatting for sure)
Note that i am not doing DUAL-BOOT
