Hi Sifoos, i'm trying to make submission for a partnership tax of mine.

Net Profit Year 2015 : -RM139,162.90

1. Therefore in my tax computing, I'm splitting the loss to two person ( partnership ) :

DISTRIBUTED INCOME
Mr.A -69581.5
Mr.B -69581.5

2. We both take same salary every month :

3. When submitting the tax, what should I fill in in this bracket? Do I just leave it empty and tax the 38800?

So I own a Peugeot 307 which haven't drove for 5 months due the continuous high repair cost.

I've spend roughly RM10k+ fixing it which is almost half of my total car loan amount @@.

The previous gearbox overhaul cost me RM3k plus, and I thought this would finally get rid of all the problem but boy I was wrong. One week after that, something feels not right and there's problem with the car again.

I'm really fed up and don't think I want to put another dime into fix or maintenance.

There's still a remaining loan balance of RM2700 and currently I just want to GET RID OF IT NOW .

What's some of the options I have?
