Help in Bringing my pet back from other country!

Hi, everyone. Just as stated above, I am having problems in importing my dogs back from Bangkok to KL.
However, I am having problems in the procedure in doing so.
I know I will need to submit a import permit but where is the location of the office to take the form and submit.

In Thailand, I know I will have to get an export permit and the health license. However, the problem come in on the day of boarding the plane. For my this trip, I am taking Malaysia airlines

First, who should we contact when we want to board the animal? Maskargo or the Malaysia airlines? I know the dog are not allow to stay with us in the cabin but can be checked in as the excessive luggage, just that I do not know who to enquiry from? Since I have contacted both but both staffs there seems to give me very vague information at all.

Secondly, are there two quarantine station in KLIA? Since I checked in the government website stating that the charges is RM7 per night but is the food included? If it is included, what type of food they are providing? The next quarantine station is it in the Maskargo itself? Since I see from their websites, they also have this service also.

Lastly, what us the charges for the animals as the excessive luggage when we are travelling with MAS? Hope someone can share some info here.

Besides that, if anyone know any agent that can help me to do this service in a reasonably price, can you inform me also?

Wish there will be quick response as I need to process the documentation as soon as possible.

Hello, I intended to import puppy from another country for show purpose. Do anyone has any experience in import dog from countries like Thailand? Any procedure that need to follow and the cost in transporting inside to Malaysia from Thailand.
