[WTA]Behringer condenser mics

Hi,

I am contemplating on buying a Behringer Studio Condenser C1-U MIC

Details here : http://briostudio.com.my/onlinestore/produ...ffc227ceaee28d3

But before I buy anything.. I will always turn to the si-fus of LYN to pass on some advice.
I am a vocalist that works mostly in front of the computer. I see myself buying this mic because I can plug it into my computer and use it from there. Still, I have questions about this mic.

1) Do I need to use a mic pre-amp for this mic?

2) What are your recommendations for USB studio condenser mics at this price range (300-400)?

Thanks in advance!

PC keeps restarting again

Hi, I have posted here before this.

Before I start, lemme post my PC specs :

PSU : RS-500-PCAR-J3 / COOLER MASTER 500W
GC : ASUS GeForce GT440
Processor : i5 2400
Mobo : P8H67-M LE ASUS
RAM : Kingston 4gb DDR3

Okay, so this problem happened before : Refer to this thread : http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2346753&hl=
I would really like this problem resolved. It happened several times before, it usually ends with me resetting the bios and reformatting, then everything goes back to normal. No more restarts. I've noticed, this only happens during a storm or rain, then my PC would start acting up again. I've tried troubleshooting with a friend's PC before, testing my hardware problems and stuff. I swapped PSU, GPU, RAM and everything else there is to swap except my mobo and HDD. None of it seems to indicate any problem. Now, I'm not sure if this is actually my hardware problem or my software problem. It even restarts in safe mode.

Things I've tried :
1) Cleaning my PC
2) Reseat everything
3) Reset BIOS
3) Reformat - usually ends the problem. But this time, the problem persists.
4) MEMTEST
5) Turning off the auto restart but no BSOD at all
6) Swapped parts with my friend's PC

Problems now :
1) Still auto restarts despite everything I do. I really need help from all the si-fu in this forum. I don't want to waste another RM30 just to check for problems in the computer shop in lowyat(C-Zone) like I did last time, and they told me that there is no problem with my PC. I lol'd I wasted RM30 just for that.

This PC is a year old now, I don't have warranty anymore. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hello there!

I have a problem with my PC.. Here's the scenario;

1) I was playing Guild Wars 2 when this happened. My PC suddenly turns off by itself while playing and I turned it back on. This time, it didn't make it to the login screen. I repeated the process for 20+ times and still, my computer turns off by itself.

2) I took off the cables and everything, checked if there's a short in my pc. No shorts at all. So then i reseated everything and turn it back on. This time, my monitor shows nothing while my computer is ON.

3) After a while, I turned it back on again. This time, no sudden power offs. Tried logging in to GW2, got past the character selection screen but couldn't load the maps and stuff. So I tried a different game, Heroes of Newerth. This time, I got into the game and then POOF power off. Now I have no idea what to do. Can anyone give me a piece of advice on how to fix this problem?

[addedon]May 15, 2012, 8:51 am[/addedon]
QUOTE(kumaTARO @ May 15 2012, 08:48 AM)

Hello there!

I have a problem with my PC..
