NCD question

I got 2 cars, 38% & 55% NCD respectively. I renew car A at 55% NCD and renew car B at 38% because the car price is much lower.

If my car B accident at my fault, another party claim my insurance, therefore, the NCD will be gone on my next insurance renewal, would it affect my car A NCD?

Or if my car A is stolen, I claimed then NCD will be burnt, would it affect my car B NCD?

Can anyone advise?

Can I request files from developer during ccc?

Hi, I've received upcoming CCC notice from developer for my landed property in Kuala Selangor, can I know is it my right to request soft copy for below items from the developer?

1. Building approval plan
2. Floor plan
3. M&E plan
4. Plumbing plan
5. Fittings detail list (brand/code for tiles, paint, sanitary, ironmongery, lockset, switches and etc)

My contractor would like the above to plan the renovation.

Beside these, what else should we ask legally? This is my first time buying landed, perhaps someone with experience could help.

I saw some comments regarding Porsche Macan won't be so difficult to maintain, also aware Merc is more reliable but too common, since the company is paying for it to ferry some clients once a while, budget below 300k.

I have a BMW F30, I wish to try either Mercedes or Porsche
