Hi all,

Need some input and advice from fellow forumers. I'm working in this software house company in which that is a need to rush projects due to deadlines etc.

Thus I was asked by the company to work on Hari Raya as well, without any compensation, double day wages, or any replacement holiday, as stated in the offer letter previously that we as the staff would need to work OT if there is a need in which that I agree upon.

But on public holiday as well ? and without any form of compensation at all from the company.

Is this right in the sense of the Malaysian Labour Law? but there is no complains from most of the developers, probably they just don't want to ruin their job as they depend on the salary?

Hex -> Ascii

I`m currently using hexeditor pro to make some adjustment on a certain *.bin file.

and I've tried using several hex -> ascii editors or *.bin files converters yet all the hex coming out in gibrish.

I've attached the file for some of you guys to test it out you may scan first if you are worried, I just need some advice on how to make it viewable as tried several hex editors which still ending the file in total gibrish..

I'm not a programming expert so please advice in simple english..
