Hi guys, I'm from Nilai university college. Our team needs experience and training but we don't have a coach. I decided to play friendly matches against outsiders.

Anyone interested? Can set the date and time! Refereex2 will be provided. Scoreboard and stuff. Like an official game.

Hi guys,

Please tell me if I posted in the wrong section. Anways, I joined the junior basketball team recently.The coach offered me personal training.So, After class.I played pickup games for 2 hours. 5pm to 7pm then continue from 7pm to 10pm.I did alot of jumping and shooting baskets( Almost 1 month). I woke up this morning, My thigh was so painfull.I could not get up,bend nor squat without forcing myself.

Did i overworked or strain my muscles? Is it a good or a bad thing?

* I did warm ups before playing or training*

Helo Guys.

I'm new to world of warcraft.I'm from gorgonnash server. I don't have a level 80 character, I'm currently level 26(holy priest) with 30 gold. I haven't learn any profession yet because I don't know what profession is good for me. I googled WoW profession guide, They said is better for me to pick up Tailoring and enchanting and some said is better for me to learn skinning and achemy.So, I'm very confused.

Another thing, If I change my password every time I log-Off the game. Is it good?

HYE!....I Blv tat cs have kinds of name for different maps...like inferno ,nuke and more...example de_dust2 they got Alley,inner,lower tunnel,stairs,catwalk...how about COD4?

does cod4 have names for those maps too? or they just simply name them?..becoz cs got public server and match server....does COD4 have that..anyways wad is cod4 match type?
