I'm replacing my water heater on/off switch (with red light indicator) and I do not know how to go about with the wiring. Can anyone please teach a super noob here?

Need Help! Kitchen table top done half way...

Hi,

Need urgent help. Does anybody have any contractor contact that is willing to continue a half-way job. The structure for the concrete table top (6 ft) is completed. Left tiling job. Tiles have been purchased.

Recommendation of Indon workers also is welcomed.
