Need some help here

My 1st time setup for new rig:

DFI BI P35
E8500
KINGSTON DDR2 667 1GB
4850
CM Extreme 550w

After finish installation of all hardware above on testbed, I use a jumper to turn on, but it won't post, the rig keep turn on & off by itself. Tried other ram with 2.1v but not succesful. Any workaround for this problem?

Oh ya, there is no faulty hardware in this test & all cable are connected properly.

CMOS checksum error..

Mobo is AsrockGPro

Can't go further after that message show up, keyboard/mouse(tried using ps2&usb) also not detected.

Tried to change the cmos battery & psu but still the same.
