TV-Dekstop always hangs

I always connects my desktop to my LCD TV for live streaming. But I don't know why for some reasons, it always hangs in the middle of the way. This only happens when my desktop is connected to the TV. When I connect my laptop to the TV, it's all fine and there's no hanging.

Would really like to know what causes it and how can I solve it. Thanks lots in advance guys..
