How we wish that these problems could be escalated to the right authorities so that they can be taken care off on a timely fashion.<br /><br />Today, we have hotlines and lengthy forms to fill if we want to make such complaints to the local area councils. However, most of the complaints probably never reach the right person and we have no way of following up with the authorities.<br /><br />In the midst of these, REDtone IOT has come up with a CitiAct App that allows citizens to to take action on their own problem. This portal has different layers that can be enabled and disabled to study the relationships between the city problem reported by all the users of the portal.<br /><br />At the backend, there is also a case management system that will be used by city councils to resolve the issues faced by the Citizens.<br /><br />For the next 2 months, REDtone IOT is running a contest where there will be weekly winners who will get RM100 vouchers each. There is also 30 Grand prize of P8 lite Huawei phones. First 3500 users of the app who make their first report will get RM10 shopping vouchers.
