hello frens, need some advise from sifus here

i bought a new house and currently busy strategizing the BIG day (moving in) within my small budget. the developer is estimating that the project will be completed in the end of this year.(so little time!) So, i as a beginner in this area, i have listed down THINGS I NEED TO DO FIRST BEFORE I MOVE IN. There are:

......AFTER GETTING THE HOUSE KEYS FROM THE DEVELOPER

1. Coat all the windows with tinted films to give cooling effect to the house.

2. Install grille for safety purposes.

when it comes to number 3, i am comfused which one of the i should do first.

A. Plaster ceiling for all the rooms so i can have light for all the house; OR

B. Install the fans, use pendaflour light first until have enough money to do nice plaster ceiling and cornice; OR

C. Do the kitchen cabinet because we eat home cook every day; OR

D. Install a wood laminated floor at 2nd floor (bedrooms) because if u do it later,it will dust all over the house; OR

E. Do the ID at Living hall (Panels, wallpaper) without the plaster ceiling OR

At these moment i'm budgeting around 30K to fulfill these item and other reno will be done by stages. many after 6 months, 1 year..etc...

Did anyone here have the info about HOMEDEC 2012? Where and when it is going to be conducted? or other home /ID/Furniture expo?
