my humble plantation v4. progress report

Hello guys. These are progress photos of the farm I am starting. would like to share then with you, kindly state your opinions and suggestions.

Some information.

I didn't use a drop of paraquat, though I did buy 5 litres of it.
A lot of the work was done by hand.

Some of the equipment I have

Grass cutter
4 parangs
1 axe
1 Chainsaw (20 inch)
1 Generator
1 iswara
1 spade
1 cangkul
1 drill
Will be planting bananas here and long beans in another farm.

most of the work here was clearing the forest and shrubs

In these few photos, most of the work was done with machinery. I hired a backhoe to clear off the land and then a tractor to level it and plough it.

Anyone want to go out for a drink tonight ?

Updates. So I banded together with a few ktards, to venture into this farming project. This is the progress of our land so far. More work has been done since these photos were taken but I couldn't take any photos today as it was raining really badly.

All work was done by my, friends, and 2 permanent staff I have and all this work is done in 4 days. Looking forward to more work and moneyyyyyyyyy.

FYI, we are planting bananas.

Making a small 1 acre project for all ktards that want to join and venture into farming.
Information about the project I will post here soon.

KTARD Project Details. Guys, sorry this project is closed already, simply because too many cooks spoil the broth. But i'll update the costing, so that you guys may have a rough figure la.

Land Size 1 acre.
Produce Banana (Pisang Abu)
Project Duration 9 months
Cost of project

1500 Banana Plants/saplings RM 1000
Land Clearing RM 2000
Fencing TBD
Land preparation and drainage RM 2200
Plastic bags for wrapping of fruit RM 400
Garden Tool RM 500
Staff Salary RM 900 x 9 = RM 8100
There are also costs for building a small house for workers and store/collection centre.

Projected Revenue from 1500 plants is RM 2.4 x 40 x 1500 = RM 144000

Today I will contact all those that have contacted me to update you and finalise things.

Hi guys. I used to use a gtx 650 for my pc before. I bought it second hand, I think the guy charged me like 250 for it, this was 2 years ago.
i'm looking to get another card now, for a new pc. I'm looking for a second hand one, something that is cheap and can run dota 2 with no issues/decently. Doesn't have to be ultra or whatever

Please offer me with price. Kindly do not ask me to offer a price, as I have zero idea.

Preferably it's an nvidia card. Had enough of amd heating nonsense.

Any lyners are real farmers? I opened a restaurant last year, in bangsar, telawi area. First time venturing into fnb. Truly got overwhelmed by the whole business and it's nature, as well as the location. Made a few good friends, made minimal profit and then decided to close down.

After that I ventured into farming. Somebody introduced me to somebody who knew a farmer and i got interested.

So what i did was buy some land, 3 acres to be precise and started a farm. I started with cucumbers and then now moved to bananas as it is a much easier to manage crop.

The profits, is definitely worth the time and effort put into it. Tell me what do you guys think about farming?
At the moment, from 3 acres, i produce 106800 KG of fruit every harvest. I plant pisang abu and pisang awak FYI.

What I want is a fantasy stock market. For football teams. Lets say 24 unknown football teams, people can buy and sell their stock in these teams.

Can do or not? I really don't mind if you just use an available script already. just need an alpha version now/asap.
