Problem details

Problem frequency: everytime
Problem description: sister using wifi on 2nd floor ... get better download speed than my cable connection
everytime she streams movie... my download speed reduced from 500 kb/s to 100kb/s

did she change the router setting to prioritize wifi connection or wat ??? how can wifi can be faster than direct cable connection ?
if can set? how do i reset it so we have fair share of connectivity?

i have just bought asus gtx960 and fsp hexa+ 550w

from the box set it said 400w supply (MINIMUM 12v current rating of 38A )

but i cant see any 38A ... even i total up the both 12V... oso 36A only

does that mean my psu is not enough juice to support my new gpu ?

i have postpaid plan from maxis

when i login to my account.. i see 3g services is TICKED ...
what if i untick the 3g services...

i still can make international calls, local calls, sms.... and use WIFI right ? my phone is samsung galaxy s4

the only thing i cannot do is use maxis internet anywhere i go without wifi ? basically 3g is ONLY data usage for internet ?
i dont want to accidentally on data usage then bill goes to few thousand while overseas....

my japanese colleague told me there is a newly open japanese restaurant last year near kelana jaya lrt station by taxi around 10-20 mins
is located near or under a new condo development (completed by now)

anyone knows where is it ????

in front of the restaurant there is a small fountain/ or small water ways for deco ?

please and is not those crappy chain japanese restaurant...

last year from dec till march this year, occasionally they block one whole lane in the afternoon , night (sometimes 2 lanes at night !!! wtf) causing unneccesary jam

just to beautify the road side by putting cement or sumting =.=

now.. rainwater still accumulates near the pedestrian bridge for kuen cheng high school whenever there is heavy rain... again causing unneccesary jam,...

the 4 months they do project on the roadside... why so smart not to fix this problem ? haihz

last year i met a mid 30's divorced japanese lady at my workplace and im in my mid 20s. prior to working here, she has been to aus, nz, and europe to work (all less than a year).

for the 1st few months we rarely talk, even if talk, just normal conversations. things started when i offered to be a tour guide for a road trip when her friends from japan visited her.

soon we started to travel around south east asia countries together .. just the two of us.. and all of a sudden we are couple.. holding hands. hugging.. kissing... and since we work at the same company, we see each other often, talk alot and go out and have dinners together almost everyday. also appreciates and thank me alot for always listening and giving her suggestions and advice

things changed 5 months later after we are together where she said she wanted to go back to japan as she doesnt like to work in the current company and have a lot of stress... from dec to mid january this year, we are still together and even go for overseas trip during the new year... dinner everyday...until

her japanese friend came last month for sight seeing and company giving her allowance to have free meal in hotels, everytime i ask her out for dinner or just for meet up. she said no, no , no, ....

when i ask her why.. she said nothing.. just very stress at work... even told me to leave her alone....its been more than a month and shes like totally become a stranger all of a sudden...

question is .. why is she behaving this way ? am i just a tool for her to use? why from loving couple (maybe just me?) can change this way overnight......

.....yesterday ask her out again.. said no... i ask.. you do not want to go out with me anymore? she said im not go out.. so no need to go out anymore....

then i ask why.. suddenly changed.. wat happened.. she replied.. i dont know....

question is................
that means normal cars can use the bus lane within that time period ???? cos traffic is bad during that time..., or that specific time is only for buses cos rush hour ???
