applied streamyx and phone line since jan 25th

my brother applied streamyx and phone line through an agent on january 25th for my new house,until now,May 6th,nobody come to do anything about my internet and phone line,i went to tm point few weeks ago to ask but they did not tell me the reason...

the problem now is, i have lost my receipt that the agent gave me last time,hope u guys can tell me whether it is important to keep the receipt??

and what should i do now??should i go to tm point again??but i dont have receipt,will they ask me re-apply again??

i want to buy an external hard disk for my bf as birthday present,but i dont know anything about pc stuff,i heard western digital brand is good,is that true?can u guys tell me anything that i should be careful of when buying external?

my bf will use the external on his lap top,does it make any difference if use on lap top or desktop?

and how much is the current price for 320gb?

i browse through trade zone and saw many many different types with different alphabet,i really got no idea which to choose,

may i know what does 2.5" means?is it the size of it?

and i saw some seller write lap top or desktop,may i know what is that?

what does c/w AVF and c/w Zynet means?

my father has a double storey shoplot,the ground floor of the shop is currently rented out to a restaurant,monthly rental is RM2k.first floor is currently vacant and waiting for tenant,my father is currently retired,so his monthly expenses will depend on rental income.

my question is do u think he should sell out the shoplot and keep the money??if he sell it out,i think he would like to keep some of the money for emergency purpose.he will ned to find alternative investment for him to generate sufficient income to cover his expenses.what do u think he should do??pls advise ..thanks

send small item from US

recently i just bought an item from ebay and the seller send the item to me using US Postal Service Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box,initially i asked him he said that this method has a tracking number,but currently the seller said that the US post office tell him that this method doesnt have any tracking number..

-can anyone confirm this with me?

- normally how long does it takes to send from US to Selangor?

-does it require signature upon receiving?

-and will they send to me using pos laju or pas daftar or normal mail??
