Currency exchange conversion loss on salary

Hi I will be working in Huawei Bangladesh as expat.

They asked for my local bank details. They will pay me in USD to my Maybank savings account which is in MYR as currency. So there will be conversion loss. Any solution to minimize loss? Like open a USD currency account? add USD to my current savings account? I briefly look thru Maybank pages but not sure what to do, can anyone like guide me?

(Update: transferwise is not allowed)

So that's one.

Number 2, I will have to use online banking or ATM facilities to spend money there, so there's another conversion loss. Any solution?

What are the smart ways you guys use to minimize such loss as an expat? Tips?

Review of S2O 2018: Trust me this is a blast! Water, wild. It's much better than DWP imo! Well-organized, comfortable, only 1 main stage so they really focus on making it really beautiful! Lights are amazing, not cheap. Hot chicks and guys haha

Recommend mole removal in PJ

Does anyone know good place to remove mole?
No laser treatment cuz I couldn't afford.
Many shops 15-30 only, I think already enuf for my case.

My mole in the right cheek, 3mm in diameter protrude a bit only like a flat clay pasted on the cheek, not like half sphere la.

I attempted once in bandar tun razak, maybe because I didn't avoid soy sauce so it grew back. F*cking undestroyable mutant.

So anyone?
