[HELP]Window 7 Home Premium suit for office use?

Just wonder that Window 7 Home Premium suit for office use with simple network set up?
Any conflit to work with other win xp pc?

All of the office's pcs are currently using win xp and planning to buy new pc for new staff

Anyone using office 2010 ? is it better than office 2007

Need your guys PRO opinion here

PC / laptop cant connect to internet via lan or wireless even though modem 's indicating light and wireless router indicating light ok

if just connect the modem to pC , is working .

after connect with wireless router,

the status is as below:

internet connection method : getting ip from DHCP server
internet IP address : 0.0.0.0 <------------is this normal??

LAN ip : 192.168.1.254
network mask:255.255.255.0
DHCP server : ON

please help to settlee.....headache now ...(
