everytime i open my windows media player
my cpu usage turns 100%
i tried download n install updates from microsoft about this problem
yet, the problem still happen

hello there!
its been long time since i post anything,
can someone tell me how to find a hole in this
FortiGuard Web Filtering.
My campus have just this filtering which makes all
the access to multimedia website blocked. Even all the
downloads are blocked. Althou its a direct downloads!

really need help here!
wuts the used of the internet if u cant downloads anything!!

ipod nano probs

i'm new bout this ipod things
and recently i got myself an ipo nano 4gb.
try to transfer files for the 1st time but suddenly
the screen shows some error sign and then said
www.ipod.com/support/ipod
so i download the latest ipod updates and try to uptade my nano
but suddenly its said some kind of disk error.
right after tat my ipod turned off. i tried to connect it to an adapter charger but nuthing happen
any comments?
